Our Founder

Amber Desiree Singleton

As a clinically certified speech-language pathologist, she has experience in multiple settings ranging from infants to geriatrics. She obtained her Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology at the University of West Georgia. Amber is the founder of My Voice Inc. in which she specializes in gender-affirming voice modification and vocal rehabilitation of professional voice users and progressive neurological diseases. Amber has cognitive rehabilitation experience working with adult neurogenic disorders resulting from stroke and traumatic brain injury, including cognitive-communication impairment, dysarthria, dysphagia, and aphasia. Amber also has experience working Parkinson’s, language and articulation disorders, apraxia, dysfluency and feeding.

Amber holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds Speech-Language Pathology licenses from the states of Florida and Georgia. She has completed certifications with the following programs: Beckman Oral Motor Certification, Sequential Oral Sensory Training (SOS), LSVT Loud Certification, VitalStim Therapy Certification, OmnisEMG Certification (Surface electromyography Biofeedback) and Omnistim FX2 Certification.
